Heads Up Display Location/Position

Hi there! This is honestly just a pet peeve of mine, but I think there should be a slider in the options menu to change the position of your HUD! You could have full control over where the paper doll is, the chat, your hotbar, etc. I think it would work best if you restrict the hot bar to only Up/Down, and the rest to Up/Down/Left/Right movements.
