If you feed a bee sugar, there's a 1/3 chance it enters 'productive mode'. In this mode, it gains Speed 2 and immediately goes to pollinate a flower if it hasn't done so already. It then immediately heads back to its hive and enters it. After about five seconds, it comes out, the hive's honey level is raised by one and the bee goes back to its normal behavior until it's fed sugar again.
This would add a quicker mode of beekeeping that costs a resource, which would be helpful to speed up the beekeeping process, as it can be slow going if you're not willing to make a big honey farm, ESPECIALLY if you want honey blocks. It's also based on the real-life beekeeping practice of feeding bees sugar syrup to motivate them to work faster, adding a bit more realism to Minecraft beekeeping.
