/playersSleepingPercentage gamerule for Bedrock Edition

In Java Edition was added in the Caves&Cliffs Update Part I helpfull gamerule that allow owner/admins in multiplayer choose how many players need to sleep in the bed to skip night, and that will be awecome if this gamerule will be added to Bedrock Edition too and will worked with cheats off.

    Yes, i have spent the last few days to try to get oneplayersleep mods to work and it would be so much better if this was used.

    What I really don't understand is why, with all the focus on parity fixes recently, we're still adding platform exclusive features to the apps.   Seems like new features like this should be added to both at the same time rather than just to one.  The irony is that it's probably needed more on bedrock than on Java.
