Make Villager Conversion Discount Stacking An Official Feature

My entire play style revolves around villagers, and converting them to zombies and back again to get better trades. I know many other's do as well. But I only recently found out that this is actually a bug! And therefore, Paper has taken it into their heads that they should fix it. Now, normally I would just flick the toggle and revert their patch, but for some reason on my newest server it doesn't work. Every other Paper patch fix toggle works as intended, but not that one. I don't know why, and I can't for the life of me figure it out. So, Mojang should just make this an official feature, so Paper and similar things can stop cramping the play style of thousands of Minecraft players!
