Cape-Parity between Java and Bedrock

Since Java and Bedrock are now sharing a lot of features (and even a launcher) the idea of a cape parity will be amazing.I would love to be able to use my Migrator cape in Bedrock and my Founders cape in Java. 

It wouldn't be that crazy considering now we have the account migration that linked both account for most of us!

    I think there should be skin parity too
