Unlockable Beard not so unlockable

There's a beard in Bedrock called the 'VERY LONG BEARD.' It's an unlockable item in the Dressing Room, but I triple checked my list & couldn't find it on any achievement. Please fix..

    2022 and the beard is still super locked... Fix this please :(
