wither patch

The wither on bedrock is too abused and I know what I'm talking about it is almost impossible to beat even with a lot of totem pole and bucket of milk and on java edition it is too easy it does not even have an effect wither it is for its that I would like him to be me strong on bedrock and stronger on bedrock for example by giving him 200 life points by removing too abusive attacks on minecraft bedrock like the wither spawn or the moment he charges
