Curse Enchantress: Removes and adds Curses/Enchantments

Trap a Witch and use a splash potion of healing on it and then give it an Enchanted Apple to transform it to an Enchantress/Healer that can add or remove curses from weapons and Armor for a heavy price. The price could be heavy like an Emerald block or maybe sacrificing something like another villager/mob. This could also be an achievement or advancement. The Enchantress could also be a way to add new curses and special enchantments to weapons and Armor that we haven't seen before.
