Vindicator need axe cooldown like players

So we all know that vindicators dont have axe cooldown like us, its pretty much ok in Bedrock but in Java? Not so much, I mean vindicators are SUPER annoying especially in hardcore mode where they can just attack you with almost no delay unlike us that need to wait just to get our axe to get charged or something, I mean axes can disable shields AND deal more damage in Java so pls consider a bit of cooldown for Vindicators using axes, they are really annoying especially in hardcore mode and raids when there are a couple of them attacking you at the same time
