As the title says, make the Motion NBT Tag work with Players. It currently works with almost every entity except Players.
For example, if i run the command: execute as creeper run data merge entity @s {Motion:[0.0,1.0,0.0]} it will launch the creeper into the air.
But if i run: execute as @p run data merge entity @s {Motion:[0.0,1.0,0.0]} it won't do anything.
If Player compatibility was added with the Motion Tag, it would make moving the player with commands so much easier and less janky. And being able to manipulate the Player's movement would open the door to so many map ideas! I think more NBT data should be compatible with the player, but Motion is more than enough.
