Minecraft Dungeon doesn't start. Using Windows 10

Everytime I tap a key to enter the game a white window appear. If I close it and I try to tap a key again, it star a loading but it never end.

    I don't know if this the proper place for customer support, but try either of the following;

    1 - Sign out off your minecraft launcher, microsoft store ánd your xbox game bar / companion app. Open the launcher, then the game, and log in as prompted.

    2 - If that doesn't work, search for Minecraft Dungeons in your windows menu, right-click it, and click on "Run as Administrator".
