I think an update to how Status Effects work with Mobs is long overdue. I will be listing off Effects that I think should be changed and how they should be changed.

Invisibility: In addition to Armor, held Items, including those held in the off-hand should affect how close mobs have to be to you to detect you. Zoglins can see you as normal if you are on Fire even if you are Invisible. Other mobs presumably would "see" that you are there, but won't know you are a Player. Zoglins don't care. If it doesn't already, Invisibility should also apply to Mobs seeing other Mobs. Any part of a Mob that does not become Invisible, such as a Charged Creeper's electric field, should count as an Armor piece. So a Zoglin would see a Charged Creeper at the same distance that it would see a Zombie wearing 1 piece of Armor. Withers should also be able to see any Mob as if it didn't have Invisibility.

Glowing: Mobs should be able to see you with Glowing regardless of if you have Invisibility and pathfind to you from behind Blocks. They would also be able to see you from much farther away. All of this would apply to Mobs chasing other Mobs as well.

Dolphin's Grace: Dolphins which are angry at a Player should give Dolphin's Grace to Drowneds, Guardians, and the like. This would also apply if they are both angry at the same non-Player Mob. They should not give it to other Dolphins, though.
