the freeze-dry update

Ever wanted a husk-like skeleton or a stray-like zombie. Ever wonder how does a drowned stay drowned above land. Ever wanted a fire creeper? well this is the update. desert and ice themed mobs for every mob. Including normal mobs transforming into their desert or ice themed variants if left in the respective biomes and dries aquatic varients When they are on land and adds more aquatic variants.
