Update the Programmer Art Resource Pack

The built-in Programmer Art resource pack is very popular because many players like the old Minecraft textures from before the texture update.

However, many blocks and items added after the texture update do not have Programmer Art versions, so they use the modern textures and don’t match the old style.

It would be great if the built-in Programmer Art resource pack was updated to include old-style textures for newer blocks and items.
