Creepers do not have lingering effects after exploding on bedrock

When creepers on Java edition explode with a potion effect(s), that creeper leaves behind the respective lingering effect(s) behind. However that feature has yet to be implemented in bedrock edition.

    Without that feature, that makes superflat survival in Bedrock a little harder.
