paddlers and turners

Paddlers will be a Redstone block that can you can add to a structure on water that's not attached to the land. The paddler will allow the structure to move on the water in any direction. It requires 7 iron blocks, one Redstone block, and an item called a "blade" that is found in structures and can not be crafted. It also needs fuel to function. It needs to be connected to a placeable item called a "Turner" with Redstone; it also can't be crafted and is only found in structures. The turner will look like a lever.
