Heat eggs to have a higher probability to have a chicken

What I want is like, when you're on a more heated place, you have a higher probability to hatch a chicken with an egg when it's thrown. For example, if you're on a snowy tundra, you have less probability to hatch a chicken, but when you're on the desert or nether, you have a higher probability to hatch it

    That is smart but, it'd be cool if you but an egg in an item frame right beside a light source like a lantern or a torch then have a new item called warmed egg
    Where when you throw it in any biome except a cold one it'll have a higher chance of hatching a chick!

    You could just make it happen at your house by saying you want an incubator.
