I think the Tower that is coming out should have some form of unique (not all unique rank) gear like a Wraith's Robe of Tower Guard Armor (They are other ideas that couldn't be explained). Even artifacts!! Here is the catch though....you have to get to the top of the Tower to get the gear! I think this would be awesome!!
