Yes, it would have a 75-90% chance of inflicting poison when it bites. Breaking the blocks could release a curled up centipede/millipede that would attack. Also, the Giant Millipedes and Centipedes could have 2 different variants, and they would eat naturally fungus and grass and sometimes have small dens or burrows to live in that could sometimes be found throughout caves but more rarely in swamps.

There are 2 types of variants of these creatures/the Giant Millipedes and Centipedes (only Giant Millipedes and Centipedes and Baby Millipedes and Centipedes can be ridable on land and water,  could move faster than a horse, and be tamed when fed 2-4 warped fungi or 2-4 crimson fungi along with 2 red or brown mushrooms so mushrooms and fungus can have more uses in Minecraft.)

    1.  Baby Millipedes and Centipedes (same color as Giant Millipedes and Centipedes but be a bit lighter in color) would be neutral until attacked and have 1/3 of the health of and is 30% of the size of Giant Millipedes and Centipedes. This small variant can fit in blocks and small spaces.

    2. Corrupted Millipedes and Centipedes would have between 20-40% more health than and be 10-20% bigger in size than Giant Millipedes and Centipedes. This larger variant is hostile/would attack players immediately on sight and have dark blackish purplish spots scattered on their skin.
