LIGHT OBSERVERS

Would work simmilar to observers but will detect certain colour and how bright that colour is. That would work pretty much like sculk sensors, but will be light based. Light observer could be used for determining type of block that is in fron of him, since every block has its own unique colour blueprint.

    This could be used to make low resolution cameras except there needs to be a way to distinguish colour and brightness based outputs.
    There should be two separate outputs on the sides.
    For sensing range, in absence of some means of magnification the range should be be determined by the maximum range of the brightest light source with any object with sufficient brightness at its location to reach observer being visible.
