Horse drawn plow/horse breeds

It would be a plow that you can attach to specific horses and it can till 3 blocks at once. The horses already have different speeds and HP so it would create 2 types of horses: Quarter horses and draft horses. The quarter horse would be faster, lower HP, and can jump higher whereas the draft horse would be slower, higher HP, and can pull the plow. I play peaceful survival because its just nice and horses are a cool thing I think but they're neglected and outdated. It also balances horses because right now, if you find a faster horse, you have no use for the slower horse.

    Also, I suggest that using a hoe should work like breaking/mining blocks, a better hoe means more plowing speed.
