The Input Block is a special block that can have a wide range of custom inputs.
When activated it will laugh an redstone signal that its power and duration can be changed throw the Input Block settings(click on it to show settings)(default: power1, duration1tick). In the settings you can change the input too
There are 4 types of Input Blocks:
Command Input Blocks(Yellow) - they are activated when the /Input [Name(Obligatory)] [Duration] [Signal] is used Name is the name of the Input Block Duration and Signal change the settings of the Input Block only for that command
Item Input Blocks(Red) - they have 2 extra settings: changes if the item is right/left clicked or distroied and the block is activated when the condition in the above setting and the the type setting(sets what type(s) the item can be) of the block maches the Input Block
Entity Input Block(Blue) - they are similar to the Item Input Block its just that in place of items its and entity(excludes items droped on the flor those count as items not entitys in this case)
World Input Blocks(Green) - it tests if: 2 areas are the same; a selected block maches the conditions in the Input Block settings; there is a block in a surtun area that maches the conditions in the Input Block. There can be only one of those conditonsa from above per World Input Block
They can change the types by useing the settings.
I think it would be helpfull in many cases beacuse it will make using commands/redstone easier .
