The Phantoms are pretty flawed in its current state, so here's what I think:
- There can be two Phantom caps: Player and World, with the World cap being prioritized over the Player one. Here's how they work: Player - 6 Phantoms at a time ; World - 15 Phantoms at a time. If the World cap limit has been met, it evenly distributes the Phantoms per available player within that cap. If the amount of available players exceeds the World cap, then there's only one Phantom each for up to 20 players, prioritizing the ones with the less sleep.
- Phantoms stop spawning for the night if two of three of these conditions have been met: 1. Three groups of phantoms spawned; 2. Four to eight (Based on Regional Difficulty) phantoms have been spawned; 3. Two to three (Based on Regional Difficulty) Phantoms have been killed.
- They can only knock players back by 0.5 blocks at most.
- Phantom damage surpasses Armor, but they deal 1.5 damage (Normal).
- Their health is lowered from 20 health to 10 health with 5 Armor Points (20% damage reduction). Bow / Crossbow damage to them is increased by 25%.
- Increase the Hitbox size by 25%.
