Owls give you night vision

WHAT= owls when fed give you night vision whilst sat on the players shoulder ! HOW= same way parrots work except rabbits foot or rabbit is the food sauce that activates status effect for a short while if the owl is on your shoulder ! WHY= owls are nocturnal so have good eyesight in the dark,I want that to help the player see.in my world rather than use potions in an inventory spot I could manage a owl and have rabbit as food in my inventory that's stackable unlike potions ! I also don't have any use for rabbits so this would make me want to farm them !
