Rain on copper blocks makes a pleasant soft "ping" sound

It would be nice for the copper blocks to have a sharp metallic ping noise to them when they are hit by rain, so if you have a copper roof, it would sound pleasant when it was storming and you can just stay in and organize your very unorganized chests!
