Villagers trade with Wandering Trader

Have villagers interact and "trade" with wandering traders the same way villagers trade with each other by the village bell. It'll add more life to the village, instead of the wandering trader just standing there awkwardly doing nothing. Maybe the wandering trader can even have better AI to walk around the village.
