Flowers on Fully Grown Potato Plant Texture

It is a little difficult to tell the difference between almost mature and mature potato plants in Minecraft. If there were flowers on ready-to-harvest potatoes, it would be easier to know when to collect them. This is accurate to real life as well because flowers signify a potato plant is mature enough to grow tubers. It doesn't always mean they're ready in real life, but I think it's okay to simplify it for Minecraft.

This change may help visually impaired players as well.
