Access to core functions via datapacks

Make it so you can access to core functions (like click detector so I dont have to use carrot on a stick) with something like this: /core <detect|setvar|newvar|...> <args> and you could access this command only from data packs. Also it would add a new way to store information. It would be very useful for map makers.

    As an advanced datapacker, I agree! It would be nice to see more ways to detect things like crafting, right click etc, without advancements.
