It is a variant of Ghast and has a design that looks like a combination of soul sand and Ghast.
This mob shoots a blue fireball from its mouth.
If you defeat it, you may drop Ghast Tear and Nether Wart.
In rare cases, it may appear in the Soul Sand Valley with a low probability.
