Mosaic Ruins are an interesting idea I had to add a new structure and lore to the game. The Mosaic Ruins would be ancient structures that would generate in mountain biomes. They would mainly consist of ruined towers, houses, and roads made primarily out of the new Faded Mosaic blocks. This would be a new set of blocks consisting of multi-colored tiles or bricks, and they could be broken and repaired to be restored to their original vibrancy. The buildings would be completely ruinous, with the occasional chest or fully oxidized copper golem. The more intact houses would have rooftops made out of oxidized copper. Torn tapestries would hang on the walls. The final structure would be the Mosaic Cistern, inspired by Roman cisterns. They would be tall, expansive hallways found underground with tall pillars and arches that could occasionally be flooded with a few blocks of water. It would be full of plant life from being left alone so long and could have lost copper golems and chests of loot hidden inside. They could be occupied by still-functional robots that would power on attack the player if disturbed. These structures would be an ancient remnant of a lost people who loved art, and would add excellent lore to mountain biomes and more amazing things to explore.
