Change the sound menu to be more specific

The sound menu for bedrock is rather lackluster and only covers general things, what if I wanted to mute the menu ui sound or just wanted to mute a music disc if my friends were playing music over and over again. I just want to listen to sweden, not pig step. I also find the ui to be jarring and too loud reletive to the other sounds so I would like to quiet it or mute it without effecting everything else.
