City Mash-Up horrible performance on Nintendo Switch

City Mash-Up looks like a great world and has great skins but on the Nintendo Switch I am getting down to as low as 10 frames per second in parts of the map. I can get an average of 25 fps inside of buildings but this mash-up/world pack shouldn't be allowed to be purchased or seen by Switch users.
