If you want to propose a change to an existing structure (like villages), or add something brand new in a current dimension or biome, this is the place.

there should be piglin villages in nether

I think that it would make sense to add a village for piglins. it would be a very nice add to the nether! there could be small nether brick huts for the houses and some piglin brutes too. there could be farms of nether wart and other nether plants. there could be a different town for every nether biome! there could also be a pot with a potion inside. i hope that this is added!
