Holiday Gift (Custom Texture Pack)

Every so often, Mojang releases a series of skins, items and maps for free as a gift to the community, what if one time they release a texture pack for every player to design?

Every player would get to keep their own texture pack, but the top 2 or 3 packs across the whole community could be released for everyone to have.

This would be a gift that is unique for every player, kind of like a personal gift from Mojang to their players.

This would be difficult to implement, but I feel it would be well worth the time.

This happens with the chests in Java near and on Christmas but nothing to that of a texture pack
