(Bedrock) Make commands modular.

Make commands modular for MCBE. We need the ability to run multiple commands at once with callback commands. Ex: /kick @p.Name

As of now, /kick does not accept selectors. If you devs added the ability to fetch the name from the selector, it would be possible. Also I suggest adding lua support for the scripting engine. It is easy to pick up.
