Fixing the spawnrate of jungle saplings

I've noticed over the years that jungle trees drop none to little saplings. Is there any way we can fix that to be similar to the others? Because farming the trees is near impossible when you can't get saplings from the trees. I'd say make the spawn rate similar to spruce.

    All of the trees have the same sapling rate except for jungle, I don't understand why it's twice as rare.
