Auto Hide Heads Up Display (HUD)

Can we provide an option for auto hiding the HUD (including the Position: text in coordinates)? So instead of just hiding the HUD all together, which makes it difficult when switching items because you cannot see the item boxes, the HUD would pop up when you are switching items (trigger buttons pushed, number selected on keyboard etc) and then disappears again after a few seconds after the selection has completed.

The current static HUD causes OLED burn in which makes me fearful of playing on OLED in the future despite it being beautiful, especially with RTX enabled.

    I second this, the bright red hearts for health display are instant OLED death marks. Ive had to add a second LCD monitor just for my son to play minecraft on, which is stupid...

    This should be easy to add, please add this feature asap!

    It would probably be best if this was togglable though. I could see it really annoying LCD players.
