Seagull

i believe there should be a new mob added, not exactly hostile but not friendly. The seagull would be able to swoop down and take 1 1/2- 3 hearts and should also have the chance to take an item from your inventory, the only way to get it back would be to chase it down and kill it or wait for it to drop the item. The seagull only spawns in beach, island or ocean biomes and spawns in groups. When killed, they have an opportunity to drop a feather, cod/salmon, or an egg.
