Snow golems need a buff

Throughout the years of snow golems existing they will attack hostile mobs and distract them but do no damage. They will only be able to kill blazes however. As of 1.17 introduces power snow and the “frostbite” effect it would be a great addition for the snow golems snow balls to have a chance to give the “frostbite” effect. Making them more useful and able to kill the hostile mobs
