Custom capes on Bedrock

It would look like that: In marketplace there would be a special section for creating your own cape, like colouring it. And it would cost like 1 or 2€.

    One time purchase?  Maybe...  2 euros per custom cape...  No.  I think it should be free, or they should at least give use the option of importing our own designs.

    Maybe we could use Banners? And combine them on a Crafting Table like Shields?
