Elder Beast

The elder beast would be a large flying mob that spawns in the far corners of the end after the ender dragon is killed. It would look like the end portal (an animated twinkling night sky) and would be neutral. it would look like a massive flying squid, except its mouth is where the head of the squid would be. It would have 30 hearts of health and deal 5 hearts of damage per hit. 

When the elder beast is killed, all players who helped kill it would receive a new achievement :

Star Slayer- Killed the Elder Beast
