Remake Minecraft Bugtracker

1. I believe the bug tracker should be designed to match minecraft.net. The Feedback and Help Center do a good job with this.

2. bugs.mojang.com is the only official Minecraft site that uses the mojang.com domain. It will be much more convenient if it is available on the bugs.minecraft.net domain.

3. At the moment, users have to create a separate account for the bugtracker. But it would be much more convenient just to use a Microsoft account for this.

    i think the feedback site should be moved and not the bug tracker because the spam filters here do the opposite of what they were built to do
