Zombie Horse Rework

Many have thought of a way to put to zombie horses into Minecraft but I have a better idea. The zombie horses should be ride-able but not in the way you think. But first the Zombie Horse will spawn rarely with groups of zombies or zombie hordes (villager hordes). The zombie horse would be hostile but you can tame it. You can either tire it out but fighting it (but not killing it), or you can feed it, well. Villagers... Which it would be happy with. That is my Idea for how Zombie Horses should be added fully into Minecraft.

How about the zombie horse can only be found in the ancient city horse stables.

I would like to add to your ideas; I think the brown saddle and rein graphics should be reassigned to the undead horses while the healthy, living ones should get saffron colored saddle and rein graphics to be more consistent with the other mobs that can be saddled.
