/gravityscale to change the value of gravity for specify player

example: /gravityscale jeb_ 0.5 (scales gravity down by 1/2, so jumps becomes slower and height increases)
example: /gravityscale jeb_ 2 (scales gravity up by 2, so jumps becomes faster and height decreases)
would be useful for some minigames, datapacks and etc.
works only for op or with cheats enabled in singleplayer
