New Enchantment

The Enchantment is called Steady Hand it is used for sheers and what it does is at level 1 only allows 2 or 3 wool collect, level 2 is 2-4 wool collect, and level 3 would allow 3-5 wool collected and also as a bonus can sheer chickens for feathers but they can't regrow back so it will drop only chicken if it has been sheered have to have some balance at least

    We have already the shears, that are already good. You can also make wool with strings

    This belongs in the items category, so you might have a better chance of getting this in if its in the items category.
