Remove /me

The /me Command should be removed from Minecraft.
The /me command could be used to crash a Minecraft world or exploit it in some way as it can be used in "/me @e @e @e.." to lag out a world. It can also be used to see scoreboards and tags and different selectors "/me @s[scores={}]" or /me @s[tag=] and finally, it can be used to cheat in some games to detect players near "/me @a[r=50]"
