Platypus mob

It could be milked and platypus venom as an item which could be used for a recipe for a potion

    it seems you put in some research, but you should probably specify how it would work. like being attacked by wolves and foxes, or releasing a lingering poison effect when hit.

    I think you should explain more of how it works. You could suggest some biome where it spawns, and not all platypuses are venomous (only males), so there could be a system where certain platypuses are "marked" with venomous or not venomous, as it would be more detailed.
    And about the milk, I don't think the Minecraft team will agree to milking platypuses
