Tickspeed to 3

That's all there is to it! In the Bedrock Edition, the standard tick speed should be three instead of 1! This is just a number that needs to be changed! I know it would have been better for Parity, but I would like it to really go down to the Minecraft Bedrock team! so please, with this you can save yourself from death if you have a wheat farm (in the worst case, I hope)!
