The nether ruler

I am thinking we should add a new boss called the nether ruler obviously he will live in the nether he could be like six or five blocked tall and have a red cloak that is all ripped to shreds and can summon wither skeletons but only two and live in a nether palace and the nether fortress bridges around it but not connected it is broken the bridges I mean and three towers with nether crystals and you need to destroy it to get in
