Slimy Skeleton

As the new update for Minecraft is The Wild Update, I thought that a new variant of the skeleton would be nice to add to the updated swamp biome. As there is one for the snow/ice biome the ''Stray'' A skeleton covered in slime to add to the feel of the swamp will be great!  A new type of arrow, the ''Slimy Arrow'' which once shot at a mob or player the player/mob will become stuck and unable to move for 3-5 seconds, causing the player to become in much more danger. New effect (Slimed) as the player is shot this effect will be shown to let the player know that they have been shot with the Slimy Arrow.

    there should be 2 variants a poison one and a slimy one

    Slime arrows sound way to powerful for a common, overworld mob. Probably, they could make you inmune to knock back, and be less harmful than normal arrows. Also, maybe, slime arrows could make you have extreme slow (75%), instead, for 4 seconds.
